About the Blogger Recognition Award

The Blogger Recognition Award is an award given in recognition of all the hard work that goes into creating a blog. It is a way for bloggers to support, motivate and promote other bloggers who have clearly put in huge amounts of time and effort, and produced valuable content.

How my blog started

My blog started in June 2018. Although, i didn’t post content consistently until 2020. I started blogging because I wanted my voice to be heard. I needed that platform to inspire people and share my life growth. I’m a multi-niched writer so i just started by posting anything. So, I just basically blog about anything and everything. My blog is still a work in progress though—there is still a lot to learn and there might be a lot of changes in the future. If you have been following my blog, thank you so much for your support. I love y’all.

My advice for new bloggers.

  • DO YOU

You opened that blog for a reason. Do you, Like it was said in Sauti sol’s album(Midnight train) ‘Do what make you happy, do what makes you smile.’ You have started doing what makes you happy by opening that blog. Have a niche and stick to it. If you’re a multi-niched writer like me, just be creative and go with the flow. Have a posting schedule that will be convenient for you too.

It is as simple as that, during the lockdown, when I became more consistent. I started supporting other bloggers. I have made so many blogger friends in the past 6 months. I’d advise you to follow people who are in your niche. Creating content is really hard—follow people in your niche and learn from them.
